Swirling winds are playing havoc with the gauges on Lake Manitoba today: the nominal level of Lake Manitoba is 811.70 feet but that is almost certainly too high. Outflow at Fairford is down to 2,543 cfs and is also affected by the wind. The level of Lake St. Martin is almost unchanged from last week at 798.34 feet. Flow on the Assiniboine at Holland is 3,362 cfs, and 4,026 cfs at Headingly. Flow on the Whitemud River fell to 288 cfs. The flow on the Waterhen is up substantially from last week at 4,803. Lake Winnipegosis that is currently 831.35 feet. Flow on the Dauphin River is down to 3,351 cfs. The level of the Shellmouth Reservoir continues to rise reaching at 1402.15 feet this morning.
