About

You are here: Home / About

Our not for profit incorporated Association was founded in 1955 with, Mr. Bamberger as our first President.  As the Association grew Annual General Meetings (AGM) were held in July and moved from backyards of executive members to larger halls in the village of St. Laurent.  To date we represent over 300 members.

We have a written constitution which declares our purpose as being: “to exist to serve the interests of its members, promote good fellowship amongst its members and promote good relations between its members and the surrounding community.” Our Associations’ boundaries include all properties on Venice Road North and South and Twin Lakes Road South.

The Association is governed by an Executive Committee, assisted by Members at Large. The Executive Committee is elected at the AGM and include President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Past Presidents are named by the executive. We keep our membership informed by our website, emails and telephone.
