In response to questions asked at the AGM last night here is my understanding of the Classification of Property Issue:
Class #1: no damage, structurally sound, fit for habitation once water levels subside and safety concerns are met.
Class #2: minimal damage, structurally sound, repairable and fit for habitation once water levels subside and safety concerns are met.
Class #3: Significant damage, structural damage, not fit for habitation, in need of significant repairs and flood mitigation measures.
Class #4: Total loss………
