Things are changing very slowly now on the lakes and rivers. The level of Lake Manitoba at 811.54 feet is almost unchanged from last week. Inflow from the Waterhen River remains uncertain under the effects of ice: the gauge is reading 3,995 cfs this morning: inflow on the Whitemud River remains very low at 106 cfs. Outflow at Fairford is currently 2,649 cfs, up slightly from last week.
